I am about to buy an island in the Caribbean this summer, I would like to have a price on the 3 bedroom bungalow. this area has seasonal storms and I would like to have built in anchor systems for high winds 110mph is normal for hurricanes. The island is 350 acres and has a nice lee side and I am placing them there. I expect that earth screws 8 ft long and roof labeling will cost extra. Does the roof design have anchor connectors to attach too?
Second question what come with the house units?
Because there are no buildings or infrastructure I believe I will need 10 units for the employees and workers.
